Torched, Clarence River (NSW) octopus with smoked romesco, pickled onion parsley & charred lemon.
SEASONAL SALAD : AUTUMN
Shaved brussel sprouts, fennel, mint, parsley, dill, fior di latte, and chardonnay vinaigrette. (v)
ORGANIC LAMB SHOULDER
6 hour slow cooked, baby potatoes, smoked paprika. A favourite of our locals.
TRUFFLE CACIO E PEPE
Spaghetti, salt and pepper, parsley, black truffles, served out of a Sardinian truffled pecorino cheese wheel. Age old Italian dish. (v)
Organic porcini mushroom, caramelised speck, egg yolk, pecorino & Fusilli pasta. Traditional carbonara - “No cream”
Sauce 1: Basil and hazelnut pesto. (v) - Sauce 2: Spicy nduja ragu.
